inMotion is open today for classes even though there is no school due to it being President’s Day. 

Spring Fundraiser- The fund raiser orders & payments must be turned into the office by February 21, 2008 (THIS THURSDAY!) . Please remember to make one check for the total amount payable to inMotion Center at the time you turn in your order.

NHS Pacesetter Show - Mark your calendars for February 23, 2008 (THIS SATURDAY!!!) Its the annual NHS Pacesetter Show! The Inferno All Star Cheerleaders have been invited as guest performers! The show starts @  7pm and is held at Newton High School.  Admission is $5.00  per person.

RECITAL FEE- Please remember your recital fee of $20 was due by February 7. You can pay anytime during regular business hours in the office. If you are interested in helping backstage during recital you can save $5.00 on the recital fee by volunteering.

 Name That Recital – Do you want to win a cool inMotion t-shirt and bragging rights for an entire year? Now you can by playing Name That Recital!

The 2008 Recital is called “Seasons” but we’re already looking ahead to 2009. We need an energetic one word name for the recital, so get out your dictionary and put on your thinking cap. Fill out the form in the office at the front desk and drop it in the box! Be sure to date your entry and include all the information on the form. GOOD LUCK!

Snow Day Make Up Classes- inMotion has scheduled make up dates for the latest round of snow dates.   A complete list has begun to be distributed in classes and is available for download as well. Please be sure to mark your calendars with these dates. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and view the documents.

Please note Wednesday Feb 6 classes that were cancelled due to weather are not required to be made up as each class is allowed one snow day per year. As we’ve not had to cancel any classes on Wednesday so far this year this will be counted as the one allowed snow day. Thank you.

Studio Life- What’s studio life? Well that’s just the daily ins and outs at the studio! We’d like to share those on a more regular basis with everyone and will be doing so through the use of our blog!

Here is Michelle’s Wed 7pm Modern Class trying on their costumes.  They’ve invited the other classes in to see them and watch their dance.  This happens frequently as we like to see what each other is up to and get feedback on how we’re doing.  Below that you’ll see Jasmine giving us a good look at this unique costume!

Spring Fundraiser

We are offering to all students an opportunity to do a Spring Fund raiser. Fund raising packets will be distributed The first week of February if not sooner (The company may provide them sooner therefore we will hand them out to you sooner as well.) You will have From Feb 4 until Feb 21 to sell. All fund raising orders must be turned into the office no later than 5pm Thursday February 21, 2008. Remember you need to make 1 check payable to inMotion for the total of your order. Orders will arrive on March 15 and must be picked up between 10am -12pm. We can always use assistance unloading the trucks so please feel free to come early @ 9:45am if you’re able to help. All funds earned must be used towards lessons, recital fees or spring apparel and in that order. All monies earned must be used before Recital in May. If you have questions please contact our office.
